My husband and I were opposites and wanted the most for our money so we were really difficult to sell to. There was a house that we looked at that we almost made an offer on. We liked nearly everything about it. We had a question about the undeveloped land behind the house, so Dara dug, made calls, and called us back that evening to let us know that they would start building behind it. That was a deal breaker for us and we were so grateful that she found out. She showed us 14 houses before we finally decided to hold off our search until we could find more common ground. The next day she called me and said that a house was going to be on the market soon. They hadn't even put the sign on the yard but she knew it was exactly what we wanted. She matched everything! She found the style and amenities that both my husband and I wanted and in a school zone that we were looking to get into all for the right price. By that evening there were 6 offers on the house, including ours. She composed a letter for the homeowners expressing how much we truly loved the house and neighborhood and though we weren't the highest bidders, the sellers chose to sell to us! They never even got to put the "For sale" sign on the lawn!"
